      Here’s how we start – in 4 clear steps

      Step 1 – Free analysis (15 min)
      You book a short call. We review your goals, timeline, and whether we’re a good fit.

      Step 2 – Onboarding within 24 h
      Payment & contract via Stripe, app setup, measurements (weight, circumferences, photos), start dates, and blood work if applicable.

      Step 3 – Strategy session (45–60 min)
      You receive your individual roadmap and access to the first level. Every 7 days, the next level unlocks – provided you’ve mastered the previous one.

      Step 4 – LVL 01: Implementation
      It’s your turn to put the learned strategies into action. I’ll support you daily with feedback, adjustments, and personal guidance so you see tangible results from day one.
